Function getTabbableBoundary

getTabbableBoundary(
root: HTMLElement | ShadowRoot,
): { end: null | HTMLElement; start: null | HTMLElement }
Returns the first and last bounding elements that are tabbable. This is more performant than checking every single element because it short-circuits after finding the first and last ones.
